TFC?
 

I Just got a Radeon 9800 pro and TFC runs really really SLOW on it! It was faster on my on-board geforce 4 MX. Can any one tell me why this is? I've messed with all the setting to get it to go faster but nothing seens to help. I love TFC its a fun game to play but not when you FPS are about 10 to 15 :mad:

Make sure you have OpenGL turned on, if you don't you'll get terrible FPS.

Make sure you got the latest Catalyst drivers too.

Im running an AMD 1700 XP oc' to 1.54G w/512 Kinston Hyper X RAM w/ the latesr Catalyst drivers and Open GL on Win XP Pro. I've try every trick i konw to get it to go faster and it still runs very slow, i can't see why it would with a setup like this.

I don't know how to do this on ATI cards, but try disabling V-Sync in the Catalyst drivers. I've heard that having it enabled can seriously slow down Half-Life.
