Baldurs Gate 2
 

Im playing Baldurs Gate 2 at the moment. Ive been told that the silver sword is the best weapon in the game. Does anyone know how I get it?

you can't get the silver sword till after the 4th chapter i believe and its a 2 part quest. However, the best sword in the game is not the silver sword its the Carsomyr (its something like that) and you get it from a Dragon in the game....
That is if u can kill him :)

Be aware you need a paladin to use Carsomyr.

ohhhhhhhhhh i miss spending a month roaming the FR world for spells to help slay dragons!

Uh,the "Flail of Ages" is better than the Carsomyr.
I had a warrior using two of them. (Loaded him into a new game,because the storyline bugged out.)

In any case,you could make a cleric and solo the entire game with summoning spells.

Edit:Stat wise,the Flail isnt better,but having less restrictions makes a huge difference.
Plus having 2 makes it even better :D
