Shadow's Dreams on Final Fantasy 3. Did anyone ever see them all? Or understand them
 

So, Shadow's Dreams. I my self experianced many of them, but not all of them. For those of you who never had any of shadow's dreams, when he was in your party, randomly while you were sleeping, he would have one of his dreams. I think they went in order, i know they all connected.

Its been quite a while since i last played, but i recall him and a friend robbing a train, or a bank, and hiding money somewhere. Later throughout the dreams, his freind dies, and "shadow" moves to Thathmasa (sp?) where relm and strago are from. Further into the dreams, you learn about shadows lover, and she had a baby, and he ran away from town.

If you think about it, this means that Shadow is Relms Father. She was raised by her uncle, and never knew her father. I was wondering if anyone saw this the same as me, and did anyone have more dreams further on?

I think there were only 4 dreams. One was pretty much a mandatory dream, as it was part of the story line. If you wanted to see the rest of them, all you had to do was keep using the inn. SOoner or later you would see them.

Shadow is a thief. Robs a train. Friend dies, he goes into seclusion in a foreign town. Falls in love, pops out a kid, flees, takes the dog.

FF6 is a great game :)

I should replay Anthologies some day.

4 & 6 are my favorites because they were sort of my gateway drug into the genre :)

Yeah me too, id never even played an RPG before, untill then. That was almost 10 years ago. Holy balls.

It's been a LONG time since I played that game, but at the time I wondered if Shadow might be Relm's mother. Never does take off that mask... I may have missed a dream, though, that took some of the clarity out of the situation.

Well, we see shadow without the mask in all of his dreams.

i've seen what i thought was just about all of them. i figured them out i think but i can't remember anymore. give me some time to think about it and i might have an answer.
