				Half Life is still Great
I like many people are looking forward to Half Life 2, so I thought I'd refresh my memory of the events in the original, I know its a simple story but just incase they have some references to minor events in the first one I decided to blast though it again. Of course the graphics are a little outdated, but surprisingly not by too much for a 6 year old game, especially for the soldiers, the gameplay is fun and the AI is better than anything recent (cough* black hawk down *cough). Its really fun to blast though and got me even more looking forward to the sequal Anyone else still play the original?

| Crazy Location: Simi Valley, CA | I actually played through the original about a month ago myself. was about the fourth time through (on hard difficulty all but first try). Even when I have some vague memory of what happens and where to go the game retains much of its original enjoyment. Thats saying a lot I think.

| Addict Location: Texas | I just got Half Life and played for the first time about 3 months ago. Wow, what a great FPS. In fact, it's the only one I've played in recent years that I've enjoyed (unless you count Deus Ex).

| Crazy Location: Simi Valley, CA | Saw this earlier, should be good to know... Taken from CSNation Quote:
I've been around for many 'large' game releases, and though I've always wanted one, I've never actually shelled out the extra cash for a CE. This time might be different. Steam is very interesting but, not having the material... the cds, the manual, the box even, just doesn't sound right to me.

| Crazy Location: Simi Valley, CA | There are three versions to be had from stores; Base single player only Standard (with multiplayer/modsupport) Collectors Edition I just downloaded Natural Selection myself the other day, but I'm having trouble getting into it. I need to give it more time I suppose.
