EIGHTY BUCKS for collector's edition? This shit has got to stop. Collector's edition is nothing more than a fancy way of saying "Idiot, pony up the cash. You know you love the sweet sweet Star Wars candy."
The game is ONLINE ONLY. Why should I have to fork over at least $50, PLUS a monthly fee, for a game that will suck for at least the first few months and possibly for its entire span. Plus, a strat guide for $25? What the hell do these idiots think the internet is for? I can see some poor kid in a Darth Vader tee walking up to the counter, plunking down his C-note plus, and walking home thinking he's going to have the time of his life running from town to town. ARGH!

Plus a strategy guide full of stats becomes irrelevant as soon as the first patch is released.

the only cool thing about the special edition is your characters get to where funky shades that aren't sellable and are available to the folks who weren't stupid enough to shell out the extra dough.

although, i was very close to buying the special edition simply because i've got nothing else new to play and there were no copies of the regular edition to be had by anyone.
