So i never get into promotions, i think their on the whole cheezy... but when it rains it pours, and my two biggest gaming addictions are being pimped by soda this summer.

i got the wow mini-pet last week from mountain dew and already have a stockpile of fuel for when it's go-time in ironforge.

and i just found out this week that they're doing a madcap giveaway of rock band dlc songs with pepsi points so i'm keepin an eye out for coded bottles and getting my everlovin satanic soda on. i was hoping the wow labelled mountain dew in bright blue would have a rock band code, but alas... that was needless sufferage.

anyone else get a bot or pumped for the rock band sweepstakes? anyone win anything?

I got a WoW bot but I had to make it look like I lived in the states

I declined on doing the bot because it meant i had to join battle.net instead of regular warcraft authentication.

after reading about people who had trouble authenticating, i declined to complete the transaction.

I haven't redeemed any of the codes, but I love that new red warcraft mountain dew.... yummy.

Update: if you're a rock band fan try out the pepsi caps. so far the bad news is that only the single sell 1.50 a bottle little bottles have codes.... the good news is that im 18 for 18 on winning codes for 1 free dlc of a huge list of rock band songs. i'm trying to get all of both pearl jam and jane's addiction, along with cherry picking some other stuff like "more human than human" by White Zombie and Black Crowes "Hard to Handle" anyway, good luck!
