Gel Preparation:

Mix 110 ml of a 2% ampholyte solution and add the appropriate detergent (Note: Concentration of ampholytes below 1% (w/v) often result in unstable pH gradients! Ampholytes at concentrations ABOVE 3% (w/v) are difficult to remove from gels - and - can interfere.. with protein.. staining!)
