Ban "Stupid people" marraige
 

i think we should amend a ban on stupid people getting married, whether it be to other stupid people, or if theyre trying to drag "normal" people into their class of inteligence :D

"Stupid people" should also not be able to do the following:
- Drive
- Establish credit
- Travel outside the country
- Travel Inside the country
- Have emotions
- Watch any form of TV, movie, or other event in which any situation takes place
- Own pets
- Procreate
- Adopt
- Get Abortions
- Own a firearm
- Shoot a firearm
- Smell nice
- Eat in public
- Have relatives
- Use a computer
- Use a telephone
- Own or operate any device used for cooking

...so who's with me? :D
