Its called www.google.com you click on "images" then type in the number then you just copy and paste the link with some little [ IMG] type tags and BAM.

EDIT: That 19 above was NOT what I wanted to use but for some reason JUST on 19 it kept freezing up IE. With any other number it didn't do it. With 19 it did
