Recipe for fish
On any kind of fish:
Melt butter in the bottom of a pan. put the fish in the pan. spread mayonnaise over the fish(not too much) season it with Paprika. |
Or you can just make it Boston Baked by using sour cream, and crushed Ritz.
(mix the ritz with clarified butter first, though...) |
I use pam on a baking dish, put the fish in small dollups of butter salt and pepper, if I am gourmeting it I will put a slice of lemon on top.
