Anyone else watch this show?

I've been so obsessed with it lately... it's just the most hilarious and bizarre show I've ever seen.

My favorites are:

MC Pee Pants - The rapping spider in a disposable diaper that raps about "I want candy" in hopes to convince people to eat a ton of candy so he can use their hyper active blood sugar to power a drill that will bore a hole straight into hell which will unleash demons to run his diet pill pyramid scheme.

Mooninites - Goddamn hilarious pixellated villains who always flip others off. Err and Ignignot who are bad influences on Meatwad... convincing him to burn furniture because he's a "dirty white boy". Good stuff.

I love the episode "The Last One" where the villains from all the prvious episodes hold a convention to plot the demise of the Aqua Teens.

...and Carl. What a goddamn riot. That man is NUTS.

I've wondered about this show as of late. You guys make it sound pretty good. I think I'll look around for the DVD's somewhere.

i recently got into this show as well. next to family guy and grim adventures (not adult swim i know) this is probably the greatest cartoon on the network. its just hilarious, its a shame though that they play it so late =/

Oh yeah, ATHF is great. I think the first Mooninites episode was what got me hooked on this show, and that episode is still my favorite. The thing about ATHF is that it's so fucked up you never know what the next episode is going to be about, could be anything from a giant robotic rabbit that's destroying the town or leprachauns who are stealing peoples' belongings, it can be anything. That show is just incredible. And now that it's on Cartoon Network M-Th is even better!

ATHF is one of the funniest shows on right now, without doubt. Carl can always make me laugh, just because of how mornal he is, compared to everything else that's going on...

I agree with everyone else here. When I first saw this show I couldn't stop laughing. Carl is the best!

Sorry to break the joy, but my theory is they play it so late because that's the only way people would find it funny. I just find it really bizzarre to see food talking. Especially about NON little kid things

Hands down one of the best shows of all time. I've seen every episode at least twice with the exception of the newest season. And... I'm going to watch it right now.

I used to watch it constantly, but my new job forces me to miss the show 90% of the time. Thank god for the DVD releases. :D

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THAT SHOW. It's the best show ever, aside from Sealab 2021. There hasn't been one episode that didn't have me in stitches, and the Dr. Weird things are the best thing EVER.

Steve: Hey, Dr. Weird, I'm back from Lunch!
Dr. Weird: Where's Mine?
Steve: I uh..... didn't get you any because you said that food makes...
(Dr. Weird pulls out brain)
Steve: ... you crazy?
Dr. Weird: THIS MAKES ME CRAZY!!! (collapses)
Floating brain of Dr. Weird: Git me some fries, boy!!
*lasers*

My favorite one is where Carl was torn apart and the gang tried to create a new body for him.

Carl (on the old, black body): I don't remember being so old...and black.

Meatwad: We have the technology, we can rebuild him.
(Next Scene)
(Carl's head is strapped to a tree with bungee cords)

Shake: "But look, I mean...is he gonna be able to chase us? `Cuz if I woke up lookin' like that, I would just run toward the nearest living thing and kill it."

"Getting a 10-speed is not a problem, filling it with illegal drugs and getting it across the border is."
"Yeah, those dogs can smell anything, that's why you have to kick them in the throath."
I love ATHF. Great show! Adult swim is the best thing to happen to cartoons in a LONG time. Sealab and ATHF is the reason I want cable :).

SG has been a long time favorite of mine too, but Harvey Birdman is ascending the ranks as well.

"I tried to tell ya, I'm not even a leprechaun. I'm from Rhode Island, and I'm half Korean, and you said that wouldn't be a problem."

Is it me, or does the character dialogue seem improvised?

I'm not saying it's bad, quite the contrary, actually, but it's just seems so wacky and non-scripted at times.

For example, on the episode where Frylock had the shrink ray... Shake had Carl and Frylock duel, and if Carl won, Shake would enlarge his penis.

At some point in there, Carl said something along the lines of, "Hey uh.. so I won, right? So you gonna hook me up here or.. or what? I need more length or AND girth.. both preferably. I'll take one.. whateva."

The way he blurted out "length or AND girth" had me rollin (I find the smallest things to be greatly amusing, heh).

"Awww sweet, sweet nectar. It's like my pool is tearin' ass around the yard. But it's sittin' still... Still waters run deep."

-Carl, after he put neon and painted hot rod style flames on his above ground pool

Oh my god, I saw this one the other night and was laughing so hard I woke up my wife. She saw what I was watching and confirmed once again she married a moron. Anyway, After that he says.. "You guys got a wheelbarrow or something..shopping cart? I don't wanna drag this thing across the lawn. Hey, call the neighbors...they gotta see this."

Carl is my hero.

yeah, i must say that this show is the most bizzare yet hilarious show i have ever seen. i used to watch it when i first came out. one night i got a few of my friends to watch it when the were blazed, and lets just say they had a great time watching it. its a show made for stoners, because with their amazingly bad attention span they dont have to stay focused on whats going on the entire time in order to enjoy the show

The first one I saw was the villain convention episode, and I rolled off the freakin couch it was so funny. When the head mooninite said "From now on, when you say 'here', we will take it to mean 'Here I am, rock me like a hurricane'" I thought I was going to stop breathing from laughing so hard. All of the banter in this show is comic genious, and I am am deifinitely hooked.

"What did you do to Carl?"

"I layed 19,000 of my eggs in his esophagus, and he was being a big baby about it."

how can you beat that? :)

ATHF is one of the funniest shows of all time. Next to Family Guy, I don't think it's rivaled. The dialogue and the grunginess of the episodes is the funniest part. They spend entire sections of episodes talking about nothing.



The drugged-up homeless action figure that Frylock bought for Meatwad had me laughing hysterically the other night.

The Mooninites are always funny.

Who can forget the Foreignor belt :)

*As the Mooninites were taking role at the Villain Convention*

Ignignot: Emory and Oglethorpe...?

*long pause*

Err: *laughing*

Ignignot: ...were not invited is the end of THAT sentence.

Err: Damn straight. Put a period on that.

I love it!

I saw the show for the first time a couple of nights ago and that was the first episode I saw. I can tell this is going to immediately hook me.

I LOVE THAT EPISODE!

Ol' Drippy: Bottles go in one bag, trash in the other.
Ignignokt: And we will use the shards of glass to remove all hair from the planet?
Major Shake: No, this is operation SAVE the EARTH.
Ignignokt: I thought this was operation SHAVE the earth.
Err: No, man, he said SAVE the earth.
*long pause*
Ignignokt: Mutiny! And who named us "Click-click-click-click-click-click-click?"

god i love this show....

Master Shake is my favorite character. He's stupid, selfish, rude, vindictive, a bully and a coward. In short, a complete bastard. And he's the glue that makes it all work. ;)
