I've not been expecting much from Hulk. From the various reviews, I'll get that.

I thought the Spider-Man movie was pretty good, actually.

I don't think that I'm going to see it either... the comic was fine, but I don't think there is going to be a spectacular payoff from this one. (*you guys hear about the live action Transformers movie that they're doing?*)

i was surprised that the Tribune gave it 3 1/2 stars today. The CGI looks terrible in the trailers.

Oh, and I forgot the X-Men movies. They're good, but clearly not particularly memorable.

Crazy

is it just me, or does the animation of the hulk look really, REALLY fake in the commercials?

Seen the unedited 2 and a half hour version on DVD (y'know, with split screens, different angles, etc) and it was shite. The Hulk himself was animated worse than the cyclops in Jason And The Argonauts.

But then, I DID only see the unedited version. Maybe they tidied up on the final one. But I still think they shoulda just painted some muscular guy green and made him grunt and shit, it worked in the originals didn't it?
