Matrix Reloaded in IMAX!
 

Last night I went to see the Matrix for the third time, but this was in IMAX. Now that's the way the movie should be viewed! It rocked! The only down side is that they must use a minor pan-and-scan to fit the screen. Also, you really get to see everyone's faces in super high detail. Niobe (Jada Pinkett Smith) gets the award for the best skin!

I highly recommend seeing it in the IMAX format if you have the chance.

Nearest IMAX theater to me is like 3 and a half hours away. Unless St. Louis has one? And then still around 2 hours away.

Wow I wonder if the CG holds up to the IMAX level of detail.

I didn't think it looked any better or worse.

Man, that would be my vision of hell. Trapped in an eggshell watching the Matrix Reloaded, unable to look away from the screen. If you liked the flick I can see why this would be a dream come true, though.

eggshell = OmniMAX
really big screen = IMAX

I'm going to check that out this weekend. I had heard but wasn't sure if it was true.

I saw it in Imax. It was pretty amazing, although you would probably get the same effect if you just sat really close to the regular screen.

DAMN... iw anna see it like that...

I'll have to check if it's playing here or in Indy...might be worth the drive...
