Your hands look fine. I am the worst at hands so I should know. I am forever putting claws/tentacles/bloody stumps to make up for my deficiency. All Fred needs are some feet. very nice. i like the variable width line treatment, sort of an ink look.
he could be developed into a cartoon strip. "the man with no feet"  or perhaps his trouser are just too long?
