This is really cool.
Did you have anything to go off of? Like an already existing set of CD covers? or was it all from stratch |
nah, all from scratch...i decided to not look for any references of any kind, because it often will take the originality out of it
|
That's awesome, gw
Not a bad band either |
looks great!
one concern of mine is that the upper middle bit of type on the inside of the booklet will lie right in the middle of the seam/fold. maybe that doesn't bother you... have you printed off your tray insert to see just how it looks? i worry that your ship will lie partially beneath the raised portion of the jewel case that holds the cd in place & that too much of the lower part of your ship's details may be lost/hard to see... but maybe it looks just fine. anyway, good work :) |
Woah.. :p Impressive to say the least.. Looking at some of the points that bernadette has stated I can see what she is saying tho.. But anyways.. keep posting your work up GW  |
Before spring break i got everything printed out and put together, and you could actually see the ship better than i expected, and it turned out really good i'd have to say. Thanks for the comments everyone!
|
hooray!! :)
|
That is way cool!
