farting during sex
 

well i am new around here and this is my first post but do you girls have to fart during sex? I ALWAYS get to urge that i have to and i hold it in and it makes sex not very pleasureable because i am thinking about not farting. Am I just weird or do y'all have this problem to?

I have had that from time to time . . . but not a constant thing like you have described. What is your diet like? Is it just during sex that this urge becomes an issue or it is other times during the day? It seems like there could be muscle excercises or something to help control the urge . . . . ?

Do you fart at other times or just during sex.
Have you tried switching positions? If you are on the bottom, and he's on top of you, the pressure on your tummy might be causing the gaseousness. What if you got on top?
Have you tried GasX or Beano any other anti-gas over the counter medicine?
Do you drink a lot of carbonated beverages, drink thru a straw, eat a lot of high fiber foods - -all can cause gas.

Now - farting is a bodily function, it's natural, it's normal, it doesn't make you a freak because you do have the need to fart once in a while. Sex relaxes you, it'd be perfectly normal for your entire body to be relaxed and with that - farting might be a side effect. Who cares. Sex is fun, laugh it off... If he gets creeped out or has a problem with it - the guy has some major maturity issues and shoudl be kicked to the curb.

I actually HAVE farted during sex...and we just laughed it off. Both of us thought it was pretty damn funny. As long as you have a sense of humor about it, an occasional slip-up is no biggie.

Well, now my husband is going to know my secret buuuuut... what I do is go down on him and while my butt is facing the other way and he's very focused on what my mouth is doing to him, I let'em go. This only works if you're pretty sure it's going to be silent. Also it helps if you have gassy dogs, so then if he smells it you can just mutter "damn dog" and move on. :D

thank you maleficent you nailed it right on the head. Now that I think about it, it only happens when he is on top first, when he is on top to begin with i have to fart during our whole "playtime" but when i am on top first then i dont have to at all.

i've gotten the urge before, but i just excuse myself to the bathroom. when my current bf and i first got together, he was fine with farting in front of me. it took a long time to get him to excuse himself to the bathroom if there are other people around (including me!) and i'm not about to revert back to those days!

Both I and Loverboy fart during sex sometimes. It's no biggie.

Same here. We usually will mutter a "sorry" and just get on with things. We both know that neither one of us want to be stopped so the other person can go to the bathroom. Stuff happens.

Sometimes if I know I may be feeling a little gassy I will go to the bathroom before we play. In fact I often do that cause it's more comfortable for me after I've gone.

I do notice that some positions make me feel more gassy than others. Don't let it get you and don't be embarrassed. Sometimes you just can't help it when you're having sex. Everyone does it sometime or other so they had better understand. Especially if you make a quick apology and just keep going. Heck, some guys I know would be so busy they wouldn't even pay attention to it anyway.

although i must say i never actually let one out during sex, my husband and i fart in front of each other ALL THE TIME. i have, however, had a urge a few times.

by the way, if you notice that this happens very often, take gas-x, it helps really well. it takes about 20-30 minutes for it to work, so take it before.

I love this thread! So funny, so real. I'm a toilet humor kinda gal...my ex-husband was super uptight about it. I'm so glad my new man has the same twisted sense of humor as I do. Once he was giving me a butt massage (holy crap! This was the best thing I've ever done in bed!!!!) and he took a time-out and said, "Do ya need to fart, Honey?" I cracked up! I didn't need to, but I know that I could anytime and it would be fine...except if he was going down on me...that would truly suck. :lol:

This actually just happened the other day. We were switching positions and I felt the urge. I just warned him, did it, and we went on our merry way.... no big deal

oh, sometimes, when we are doing it 'doggy style' i get so much air pumped into my vagina, that it puffs out and sounds like a fart. that's funny!

oh i HATE that, when air gets pushed inside. Then when he pulls out it makes this loud gross vagina fart!! I remember the first time I have ever had sex, that happened and we both got really grossed out, but we were young and immature, what do ya expect!!

sometimes get the urge...never let rip though. But my boyfriend and I are ok with farting in front of each other, though we try not to out of consideration for each other (well I do anyway :))

This happens to me all the time, only hubby totally doesn't care and would rather just keep on topic :) So I say a little sorry and we move on! I'm gassy all the time as it is, and any pressure on mytummy and you better believe someones gonna know about it. Thankfully it's usually pretty silent and not deadly!

I "fart" all the time during sex, but I don't think it is acually a fart (cause they don't smell and they arent loud). I think it is just air that is being pushed up there somehow from all the friction!

Stop eating beans!

I've found milk products really make me fart. I use to buy lactose free milk. But yogurts especially do a number on me.
