So tomorrow's the big day...
Yay for boobie implants. I'll post the before's and after's in tilted exhibition since I can't attach files here... Or I could just host em... we'll see. So yeah, I'm a small A right now and I'm going to a C-ish. Under the muscle, smooth round salene... it's gonna cost me $3250. I took out a signature loan from American First Credit Union... it was surprisingly easy too. So yeah, I'll post more tomorrow when I get back in, if I'm not passed out or something. Pray for me, k? I'm petrified.
|
what?! I didn't know you were getting a boob job?!
Don't be scared though.. it's a small operation and you'll be in the hands of pros. You're gonna be just fine and you're gonna love the result! :) lol I can't imagine what it must be like to fall asleep and wake up with new boobs :p How long have you been waiting for this operation? |
Wow - Good luck! I"ll say a prayer for ya, sometimes I think we should just be able to trade back and forth...
|
I've been wanting one since I was sixteen... I've always had small boobs and now I can afford them. I've been planning on this for about a month now. The doc is really cool and down to earth. Thanks for your prayers :)

So it's 6AM Utah time... and I'm wide awake. My eyes are all red rimmed like i've been crying. Maybe I have been. So yeah, now that I look at my boobs, they're not so bad. They're small and perky. It's funny, I'm standing in front of the mirror bouncing up and down in my favorite Victoria's Secret bra thinking to myself, "What if they never bounce like this again?" So yeah, I'm really scared. I'll keep you guys posted, surgery is set for 715, two hours in surgery, two hours in recovery....
|
Hugs girl, it'll all be alright! :)
|
best of luck SB!!! I'm happy for you to be getting something you've wanted for so long! :D
|
I hope your new boobies give you a great big shot of the happies... and they make you feel as beautiful as you are... :)
|
*HUG* You'll make it through alright, and we're all thinking about you. :icare:
My small boobies are sending yours lots of love and a fond farewell to the world of the A cup. :) |
Wow! You've got guts girl, I am way too scared of plastic surgery to ever do something like that. But I hope it goes well for you! I also say farewell from the A cup world! lol
|
Alrighty... So I'm out. The surgery took about an hour and a half, and recovery took about two and half hours. They kept pumping me full of demerol during recovery cuz I'm a whiner like that :) They look good, the doc says they'll be closer to a D cup than a C cup. That's what I wanted because I read that the majority of the reasons women are dissatisfied is because they went too small. So yeah... I'm still kinda weird. They gave me Percocet, so that's cool too. The implants rest high on my chest and they're hard as a rock, so it'll be a few weeks before they come close to resembling how they should turn out. I have chewybaca96 take some pics last night for the "befores" and in a few weeks I'll take the "afters". Thanks for all of your support guys... I know I have so many friends here that I can talk about anything to and I cherish every one of you. Love you all.
|
take it easy -- get yourself some rest -- and glad you are home.... :D
|
Treat yourself to a good bra! :) Victoria Secrets and my D cup are very good friends :)
|
That's the plan :) I'll wear the bra the doc gave me for the next three weeks, then i'll go bra shopping. I cant wait. Plus, I love Voctoria's. I could neve wear their cute teddys and stuff cuz I could never fill out the tops, but now I can :)
|
Wow...good luck! I can't wait to see the before and after pics.
|
A picture now would be interesting to see. I don't think many women take into account how their breasts look/feel during the recovery.... Here's hoping for a quick recovery, and many cute bikini's for next summer!
|
Wishing you a quick recovery! Cheers to your hot hot boobies!! :icare:
|
Averett, maybe I'll put one up in a couple days, i'm just too sore now.
So it's day 2, and this morning was worse than yesterday. I slept on the couch and boyfriend slept on the floor of the living room in case i needed anything. And my body was so stiff and the Percocet had worn off, so this morning was probably the worst pain so far. but i got a good look at them today and they're way big, not crooked and my nipples aren't pointing funny directons, so i guess thats a good sign :) More later. Thank you all for all of your support. I love each and every one of you. |
SB, i'm glad that everything went smoothly, i was actually kinda worried about you the other night. However, it's really exciting that you know what you wanted and you went for it, and i hope that it brings you the happiness/confidence/warm fuzzy feeling that you get when you do something you really want!
Can't wait to see before/after pics, that's going to be really interesting! :) |
It's good to hear that everything is in good alignment.
I'd love to have mine lifted (& soon as a treat to myself) so I am quite curious about all the details. Sounds like you are pleased and that's good. As for the scars, where are they located and when can you apply vitamin E to reduce any marks? You are brave and now you will be much more self assured. Sounds like you have a sweet & loving boyfriend. Is he happy too? Best wishes to you. Thanks for sharing such a personal & major life change event. |
Damn I thought I commented before....Im Sorry!!!
Glad to know you're not crooked lol and glad to know you pulled thru ok.....cant wait to see the finished product :icare: |
............GASP !!! I am excited for you ! I, too, have your prior affliction (*grin*) I've always joked that since puberty was cruel to me, I'll just have to buy my breasts as after market parts. In fact, many years ago when I was 19 I asked my doctor if I could see a surgeon but was wisely told to wait. Just in case I was a late, LATE bloomer and suddenly developed from an A cup to a C in my twenties or something LOL  So now that I'm 31, I'm planning on going back to get a referral. I've been investigating this procedure for years, weighed the pros and cons, and met with people who've had it done. Congrats ! I'm so happy for you :) |

I have got to admit that I think your boyfriend is kinda excited in the "yay, big titties" kinda way!!:)
|
Heh, what makes you say that Nikki? I'm sure he is, but I can clearly see the difference between him and boyfriends of some of my other friends... those guys are so excited they offer to pay for it and everything. That is just overboard. Anywho, I keep going into the bathroom to check on them, and they're HUGE! I can't wait. They'll be perfect when the swelling goes down.... :)
|
I think I know what you mean. If my guy offered to pay for a surgery like that it would really hurt my feelings.
Good luck with your new "set".:) |
SB -> that's fabulous honey. I don't know what i'm more jealous of... your beautiful new breasts, or the fact that you've got a loving caring boyfriend who supports you when you really need him to!
*turns green* Again, SO happy for you! Hope it's a quick healing period! |

Just a quick thought - I'm pretty sure I remember that you had one of your nipples pierced (sorry if I'm wrong. :P). Did the surgery have any effect on the piercing? Just curious, I want to get my nipple pierced one of these days and it would be interesting to know. :) Keep resting and take care of yourself! |
Yeah, I actually took the nipple rings out. I couldn't have them in for the operation. But my piercer suggested that I should let them heal up completely anyway and get them re-pierced so he could make sure the allignment was just right, and that makes sense to me. But I dunno if I want to get them re-pierced... I'll have to decide later when I'm all healed.
|
I guess this is cool for you and all since you've wanted implants for so long...but...ick.
Hope your recovery is good. |
Congratulations! Wishing you a speedy recovery, and much enjoyment of your new "friends".

K guys, more of an update. I feel better and better every day. I haven't taken anything for pain today (except for just barely, mostly to help me sleep) and I am contemplating going to school tomorrow. Then work is inevitable on Wednesday. Three to Ten PM. I'm feelin ok right now though. My back hurts, believe it or not. But I think it's more from stress and tension than from extra weight, but who knows. More later. :)
|
Don't forget to post another update and pics. :) Hopefully your 'girls' are gorgeous and the swelling has left. Take it easy for awhile still....it's a major operation to recover from and we all want you feeling great. Will there be any scars that show?
|
congrats on your new girls! i second or 3rd the how much scarring ..i'm actually thinking about getting mine done in a year or so...how much did the surgery hurt?
|
Well, it's day six and I feel so much better. Yesterday was the worst so far because the Oxycodone made me nauseus finally, so I can't take any more pain killers. I had to call the doc and he called in a prescription for some anti nausea suppositories. Eww. That was kinda rough but they worked almost instantly. And my appetite came back today too. I don't know if that had anything to do with the supositories, but I'm happy anyway. I noticed a rather large bruise under my right breast and some yellowing across my right ribs. I heard that it takes a while for bruises to show sometimes, but it could also be some sort of internal bleeding. So I'm gonna call the doc tomorrow and see what's up. Today I feel really energized, so maybe it's a good thing I'm off those pain killers... they're pretty rough. I'm down to Ibuprofin 800mg. Those work well enough. The worse is the mornings when I haven't moved for a long time, then I feel way stiff. But once I get up and moving and after a hot shower I feel almost 100%.So yeah, They look nice. Really full and round. They've dropped quite a bit in these days. Still up kinda high, but much better. And they're really sensitive. Something funny too.. it's almost like a sixth sense how you can move about furniture and the like without bumping into it? Well, because they're bigger now, I smack them into everything cuz I'm all out of proportion, lol :)
Oh yeah, about the scarring. I will be very impressed with the result even if I see a little scarring. I scar so easily that I am expecting it. If there is no scar, then I will plaster this doctors number everywhere I see because he's really a magician :) |

Ok, I'm not going to lie. It hurt really badly. If I had known it would hurt this bad, I seriously would have reconsidered it. It feels like such bad tightening across your chest. I haven't been able to take a deep breath until today. And forget about sleeping on your side, let alone your stomach. You'll wake up the next morning and they will feel like they're on fire. So yeah, each day gets better and better, but you can't really do anything for three weeks. No lifting over 5lbs, no housework like laundry or vaccuming or anything like that. So be prepared to be taken care of for at least a week. Take that much time of of work too. I should have worked yesterday but I called in cuz of my nausea, and today was ok but I would have liked to stay home today as well. I hope than answers your questions. As far as scarring, it depends on where you get it done. They do it through the belly button too so thats the minimal scarring, but there's risks like not being able to place the implants correctly so they'll have to do a regular cutting open anyway. And through the belly button costs more. So yeah, I hope that works for ya :) |
it does and thank you for sharing your experience.
lol i now have to decide if i wanna take my small C's to full D...lol if the pains worth the effort... teh belly button thing sounds really scary...like they slide them under your skin all teh way to your boobs? weird. glad your feeling better and good luck with recovery :) |
