In the shower!

Okay, in the shower, I clean my crack (wow, what a way to start); don't we all?

Well, every shower, I find at least one strand of hair in my bumcrack! I mean, just a second ago I was showering, and I found about seven strands. What the heck is this all about?!

Does anyone have this happen to them too?!?!?

fallenangel 04-26-2004 03:28 PM

i read somewhere that women lose an average of 20-50 strands of hair per day... it's gotta end up somewhere right? ;)

sillygirl 04-26-2004 04:10 PM

I thought it was normal to lose more hair than that  Maybe I'm forgetting what I learned all those years ago (hehe that made me sound like an old-timer)

Eowyn_Vala 04-26-2004 04:43 PM

yeah that happens to me in the shower a lot! It is really annoying! I have really thick hair and I lose a lot whenever I brush it or wash it! Getting it thinned helps so I don't lose as much. But as to the whole shower thing, I have yet to find a way to solve that problem. :)

You're not alone, I have long hair, and its constantly getting in all kinds of interesting places. That happens to me nearly everytime I shower, so it's nothing to worry about.

la petite moi 04-26-2004 05:47 PM

Yeah, it's nothing to worry about until you wanna have sex and your boyfriend has to pull the hair out first.

I don't find much hair. Perhaps it's because it's so blonde and fine that it's not as noticeable. I did loose a lot while I was pregnant, which is common. Just barely a couple months after my daughter was born I noticed that I was back to cleaning hardly anything out of my brush each day.

Hormones can have a lot to do with it. Or hair breakage. I've never found it there though. Maybe it's how I stand in the shower or something.

Frenchie 04-26-2004 06:34 PM

It happens to me... it's only because when you wash your hair the water is hitting it against your back and keeping it there... letting the loose hairs fall out and slide right down it's that very warm place it likes to call... "home".

Yes, and I hate it- nothing tickles more than pulling hair out of your butt.

Hope that doesn't end up as some quote I get known for.

minyn 04-27-2004 07:05 PM

yup, and my hair is about a foot and a half long. its a pain

ladyadmin 04-27-2004 07:52 PM

Most of my strands of hair run down the drain. I wash my hair bending over forward instead of backwards and if I did have any hairs, they got mopped up with the towel.

I think the worst is after you shower when you stick your bra on, I have fairly large breasts and I find that I have "cleavage hair". Which is rather embarrasing if I don't notice and someone in public does! :P

Yea, I pull really long hairs out and it rubs really hard on my girly parts when I am sliding it out of my crack lol its like my crack eats my hair at night or something lol.

while i was reading down i was debating whether or not it would be too graphic to say that! :)

guinnessgurl 05-16-2004 10:48 PM

haha, and here i thought i was the only one :) i agree with 'Frenchie', that was my theory too, that the water is just washing it down after you've washed your hair (because all that lovely scrubbing can losen some hairs...) so I've found that doing one last check before my shower's over gets rid of 'em all and then i'm good to go! :) hope you find something that works for you, lol

la petite moi 05-17-2004 05:34 PM

Hahaha...well guys, I just pulled a couple from my bum again! (Just took a shower...)

SixEdxMia 05-18-2004 01:57 PM

Perhaps I should patent a shield of some sort....(no one steal my idea)

lissa 05-19-2004 06:17 AM

I always find hair in my bum.....i find hair everywhere....i shed alot ;o) I heard that if you dont take vitamins then you will lose your hair a lot more. But if you start taking vitamins then it wont happen as much.
