ok ladies, here's one for ya, what is a bigger turn on to you, of the two choices: reading a trashy novel or watching a cheesy porn video? Just curious that's all...:cool:

and tbh, the few things i've read I've found to be 'cheesy', which turns me off to the whole reading thing.

I like the non-cheesy porn...but I really don't like the hard porn stuff...the soft porn is more then enough to get me warm.

Reading -- currently reading Herotica and it isn't too cheesy. Written by women, for women.

I didn't answer the poll because both do it for me under different circumstances. It is completely mood driven. I like to watch if it isn't the "cheezy" stuff. I was reading a book one time and it was so intense that I didn't want to stop reading and by the time I finally couldn't stand it another second, I was already on the verge of orgasm and it didn't take much to get me there.

Damn! I wish I could remember the title of THAT book! :lol:

Definately reading for me, I find the scenes in films tend to go on for too long and I lose interest, much easier to skim a book to make it end faster and not lose the continuity.

I like both, honestly. It really depends on my mood. I tend to turn to the flicks if I'm in the mood to be aurally stimulated, otherwise I'm content to slip into a good book and let my fingers do the walking.

I'd say about the same. Cept when I'm watching I'm usually with hubby and we're not just sitting still. ;) Hard to say when I've never watched alone.

reading works best for me, the stories in british cosmo....holy crap those are hot. Reading engages imagination more so it's more intense and you can put yourself into the story with whoever you want and there is more build up. However the rare porn clip does it for me too, i'm more into the emotional side of it....just seeing a guy bang some girl doesn't do it for me.

I agree with that. Besides, stories are just so much more accessible!

I would have to agree with sin. Although I hate to read.

Neither really does it for me... course I'm already having "odd" labido issues I'm trying to figure out. So maybe that's why neither do it for me.
