This guy has collected quite a few shortcuts to get you to a real live person. I encourage everyone to add any that you know, to help stamp out the scourge of endlessly wading through recorded messages.

I love my back ATB (Alberta Treasury Branch) because you actually get a live person right when you call 24/7 I believe

One Time I was out on the town and I took out money, my account was around $100 lower then it was last time, so I called (it being 9pm) and a live person anwsered and helped me right away while I was still @ the bar!
the problem being, I forgot about a check I wrote about a week earlier, and it just got cashed that day. haha
but still great service

normally I would always press 0 to try and get and agent, that kind of seems to be the norm, now that I have this i get through alot quciker at all places!

I don't mind them too much, as long as they allow you to press buttons. I hate "voice response" systems!
