Yup, turns out James Gandolfini was actually down here in Costa Rica and he sat next to me at TGIF this past friday night. At some point we ordered calamari rings *me and my friend* and the waiter came back like 2 mins later and asked if they were ours, I said yes.... Turns out Mr. Gandolfini had been waiting for his for like 10 minutes so he ended up getting the ones we had ordered like 15 minutes later.

In other Gandolfini news, I just found out he had been in the local hospital where my sister works about a year ago. He was in a car accident on Route 80 and had a minor injury. Of course the press eventually found out and invaded the hospital but he was long gone.

I hope it was worth it, since you will soon be sleepin' wit da fishes...
