How do I get a copy of my birth certifcate?
 

I live in Michigan and was born in Kalamazoo, if it matters.

I've searched all over their websites and can't find anything. I need it so I can get into Canada on my 19th birthday.

might wanna check your municipality office, or at least here in canada theyve moved them to the regional statistics office.

the easiest way is to call up your local hostpital or police station(im not joking about the cops, they know EVERYTHING, just dont call the 911 line)

I had to get an official copy of my birth certificate recently, The vital statistics office is the place to go.

Iamnormal's links will lead you to a application that can be printed out, It looks almost exactly like the one I filled out.

(Note this only works if you are younger than 137 years old. :))
