I have this field beside my house. I own it but its really close to my neighbors front yard. Every now and then i get up on sundays and watch powerblock on spike, and after trucks, i go out and do donuts all over the motherfucker. i just love the feeling of sliding around in a hay field.
Also, every time i get a chance I love Star Trek IV: Wrath of Kahn, best movie opf all time.

I often get my love to take me to the neighbourhood 24 hour grocery store at night. There's something nice about walking around hand in hand looking at food with practically no one else there.

Milk. I love milk. Ice cold milk. I drink so much milk that when I still lived at home my step-mother used to warn me that if I carried on like this I would suffer from vitamin A poisoning. I have no idea if that's true, nor do I care.

If I didn't restrain myself because I live in a country where milk is twice as expensive as Coke and there are others in the house that actually need milk rather than are addicted to it (like my 2 year old girl) I would drink 2 litres a day, probably more.

Combined with this is my love for Keebler's Chocolate Lovers chocolate chip cookies. Almost every night I get up at 2 or 3am, get the cookies out and pour myself a huge glass of milk. Then I sit in the lounge and watch TV while gorging myself on cookies.

My guilty pleasures?

Copious amounts of anime.
News, discussion, forums - anything that lets me think and not really work.
Cider. Not the horrible cheap stuff you get from the supermarket like White Lightning, the good stuff at 8.2% that tastes a little like apples, a little like autumn mornings and quite a lot like the bottom of a logpile.
Books. SF. All types thereof. Futurama.

Cheese salsa. I don't mean just a little bit I mean the whole jar. Listening to Hilary Duff (I'm cool), listening to REALLY whiney emo and singing along in an equally whiney voice. Sitting in front of my computer in my underwear, listening to Hilary Duff, eating cheese salsa...which I'm totally NOT doing right now.

Weed, video games, and sweatpants. Preferably all three combined.

I guess my guilty pleasure is a spin on the old weed thing. Every couple of months (4-6) I will get a gram or two of some kibbles and will roll little tiny pinners. Around midnight, I will start smoking them one at a time while leaning back in a comfy chair watching the smoke make little patterns as it drifts up and away. Then I will brush my teeth, wash my hands and face, drop some naphcon, and play flamenco till I lose compas and end up lost in an ambient gypsy groove. This ritual is very pleasurable and gives me a break from the serious scientific persona I maintain (none of my colleagues would even believe I drink alcohol or smoke anything). Still, this guilty pleasure is about to be a thing of the past since it jeopardizes my legitimacy.
