he prolly wishes he did, but the pilot landed the plane in that publicity stunt. bush had NO controls during takeoff/landing.

the pilot did let bush take control once they were in the air and cruisng,but no landing.

This is a guy thats so coordinated noone can actually tell if he ever got the chance to get off the bench in baseball at Yale. This is a guy who can't eat some common snack foods without getting discombobulated (sp).

Whatever you think of him as a leader, everybody has to admit, physically and athletically he can only top FDR. And that's on leg strength only.

I've actually ridden one of those segways before in a hospital lobby, and just so you know, it would be very hard to fall off of one. All you have to do is stand and hold onto the handlebars....they're not tricky at all.

The funniest picture of that Bush thing is the one where he's actually riding it correctly alongside his father, but if you look closely you see that Dubya has veered of the sidewalk into the bushes.
