That's not a tornado, it's a dust devil. The only injuries I've ever heard of from them are people who drive right through them and into a ditch/pole cause of loss of vision.

A tornado is caused by storm activity. The skies in the video were blue. This is a dust devil--a much lower velocity disturbance caused by hot updrafts.

Note that dust devils aren't automatically harmless--according to that Wikipedia article, an intense dust devil can be the speed of an F0 tornado, and can do damage commensurate with that.

It's gotta be at least somewhat dangerous considering it picked up that tent and threw it into a tree.

Thats not that bad... when I was playing baseball a few weeks ago, we could see funnel clouds coming down right on us... yet we kept playing baseball... yay we're committed to our drinking games!
