Some years ago the local county fair put rubber urinal mats in all the urinals with pictures of Bin Laden on them. It was without a doubt the cleanest floor I have ever seen in a bathroom at a county fair.

Based on your other posts this probably has something to do with religion. Some things are made to be taken at face value, entertainment only.

I do like how the urinal is pretty wide, that way if I get a double stream or "wayward stream" it all goes in.

It was a reference to Piss Christ (Wikipedia), a controversial photograph from 1987.
