I never thought Mars was smaller than earth. And why is it that planets in our solar system increase in size the further away they are from our sun? Is it that they could roughly be bigger but just a thicker/denser atmosphere due to a weaker central gravity in relation to our sun?

That was interesting, I thought most stars were of similar size.

It does make you wonder where all this matter came from. And how small we really are in the overall universe.
