That, my friend, is the direct result of an insurance claim. Someone did it, claimed there was no instruction not to and tried to collect. It must have at least been a negotiated settlement.

i wonder since there seems to be only the one image available. you wouldn´t think with something like that there would be at least several different images on the net?

Oh, it's been there for quite some time. It was there before I got in the business 12 years ago.

I want a zoo suit, but I suspect it'd make me look dumb, as I'm far from slim.

THe penis thing?

Not so much.

Personally, I think it's a 'shop - I've seen that pic a hundred times, and it's always the same photo (with the same little arrow drawn on).

Well, there are two answers to that question, depending on where you stand.

God

or

Darwin

I'll leave it to you to figure out which is correct.

i take it that the process of 'natural selection' is going down the drain if we are reproducing idiots.. so there goes darwin

jazz how does anyone in the right frame of mind do something like insert a screw driver in his penis... does the word screw have other connotations?

You see it your way, I'll see it mine. I just see these idiots as failed experiments, but I'm a Darwinist. Your experience may dictate a different answer, which is why I gave options.

As far as your other question, you obviously forgot about this thread:

The problem is that there aren't many predators left to eat the dumb ones, and we protect them with signs like this- darwinism circumvented by society. :P

In any case, it's got to be a photoshop-- can you imagine the people that would complain if they saw the word "penis" unexpectedly in a store?

Natural selection isn't circumvented. There are just different selection pressures now than through much of our evolutionary history.

Actually, I wasn't entirely correct. I should say that modern history is just a drop in the bucket of evolutionary time. There's really no reliable way to tell what current selection pressures are. Even if you could figure them out, it would be impossible to tell if they will be sufficiently recurrent to have an impact on human biological evolution.

Sorry about the threadjack.

As punishment for the threadjack, you should use one of these tools in the unprescribed manner.
