Dr. Phil's credentials are decent, but he often fails to use his training when dealing with "patients" on television, and has on numerous occasions seemingly caused a great deal of problems. If the show is staged people deserve to know and if it's real than he probably should lose his license. Because it's much more comforting to believe that his way of thinking is indicative of a defective mind. It would be too much for some to handle knowing his way of thinking came about from a rational and otherwise normal mind.

I wasn't actually diagnosing him, Logan. I was more exemplifying how Dr. Phil wasn't doing his job. I don't have the expertise to diagnose the chauvinist, nor do I have access to him (which would be necessary for a reliable diagnosis).

He would be a lot more convincing if he wasn't such a poseur. If this guy said his words in a calm, collected, intelligent manner, he'd have a different reaction. Instead, he comes off as a guy who doesn't mean what he says and is JUST trying to push buttons.
