I just saw this the other day.

I made one and left as part of tip for the waitress at La Puente yesterday.

I used to give this to strippers.

"I noticed you didn't have a shirt on....here!"

I tended bar for years, and got these as a tip on a regular basis. Tried to make one myself one time, but it looked more like an overcoat than a shirt..lol
do not follow directions well.
