It's incredible what some people will do instead of going to a doctor. And after all that squeezing, draining and gagging there didn't appear to be any significant change in size.

No, it's pus.

Sure there's going to be some dead tissue as with any infection, but all that whitish or yellowish gunk he's squeezing out is pus- dead cells resulting from the infection process. It's not eating away at his skin, that's all the white blood cells and other immune response cells that have done their job and then died.

And yeah, this guy is an idiot.

what i found more annoying that his pus was his girlfriend. all her oh my god..ewwww comments would have driven me to slash her with my scissors.

Given that he didn't go to the doctor to get this done properly one must doubt his intelligence and knowledge of sanitation. This video is rather old though by internet standards but I still find it kind of cool :orly:

I'm pretty sure I don't want to see that while eating, but I can say that I've gone to a dermatologist for things as small as ingrown hairs, and that this guy is an idiot, especially if the paramedic (analog) says so.

Something long and cylindrical, but not a larvae or maggot or anything else like that. Since it was the last thing taken out, I'd assume that this more solid tube of pus was the first bit of pus that was created inside the wound, when it was small and dense. Once the wound began to infect a lot more, it filled with much more fluid, and that's why the rest was much more viscous. I don't see any reason to believe it's anything more than a relatively solid tube of dense pus.

I didn't actually think it was a worm, but that was the best way to describe it. It was just really, really weird looking.

If you had no health coverage, would you still go to the doctor to get that looked at? I would, even if I was dirt poor. I would like to see a new video of how that guy's face healed up.
