I'm leaning towards the Philips only because I've dealt with NewEgg.com maybe someone could help persuade me or even link me to a better one. Thanks in advance guys and gals!

Crazy

The Phillips is very nice, I would go with that. Can't beat a 19inch LCD w/ 12ms response time, and a more reliable brand name.

It looks better too.

If the choice is purely between just these two models, then I third the philips.

Well the choice isn't purely between the two but these are the ones I was able to find that wouldn't empty out my pockets so to say.

What inputs does the second one have?
If has DVI, then I would go for it. Otherwise, go for the Philips.
