Where is the cheapest place to register domain names?

Any suggestions?

I just registred a .net for 10 years for $5. I'm happy.

I wonder when they realize they made a mistake.

geocities is great. easy and cheap, offers a lot of services.

I've been using them for quite a few years now. Now I'm on the business web hosting plan, but the Website Pro is really decent for the price. $8.95/mo

I use GANDI. They're decent, but not as cheap as Go Daddy. I don't hear much complaining from friends who registered domains with Go Daddy though.

:::OshnSoul:::, I wasn't aware that GeoCities did domain name registration. Are you sure you're not talking strictly about web hosting?

Not usually. Domain registration and email servers are two seperate things. Email usually comes with a hosting plan. There are places that give you email with domain registration, but not many.
