This is a cover for a local zine I did in 2002. The zine is put out by wtul, a New Orleans college radio station. It's a great station and they have a webcast that sometimes works.

The theme of this edition was "Sex, Lust and Rock n' Roll". I took drawings straight from archie comics and photoshopped the clothes off of them. It was actually suprisingly easy, there is a lot of latent sexuality in those comics.

This is my first art post by the way. So please leave a comment if you like it.

thanks Kelly. Yes, that's the look I was going for. I couldn't put genetalia or areolae since it was on the cover of a mag we distrubited around town (mostly coffee shops and music and clothing stores).

I also did an image for the "centerfold". Same style, but it was Josie and the Pussycats from the comic. I'll have to see if I can find it.
