It reminds me of a monster from the old show Space 1999.
This probably was on TV before you were born. Anyway, I like your idea of an angel.

I sat down last night to draw something angelic and ended up with a duck. Perhaps I will unveil my new duck in some other thread.

I went back to the old MSPaint archive and blew the dust off of this...
