It seemed a good Idea to set a priority thread. I know I have hoped for quick advice in trying situations at times.

Actually I started this thread as a place for parents to ask advice in trying situations. I just remember a few times when I have recieved advice that was very helpful, and the quicker the better.
Maybe this should get a sticky, so as to be constantly avalible to all?

oh ok, I think I get it now, tecoyah doesn't actually have a problem. He just made this so people who did would have a common place to post, and a common answer ground. Good call.
