Did a search, found nothing, maybe I overlooked something.

Question: How do I go about posting Gif files?

Tried it through the msn thing-a-kabob, but no dice.

The same way you post JPG.s..... with IMG /IMG tags, if you mean Gif. files that you host yourself you need a picture host that allows Gif.s like Smugmug.
