I'm just wondering, anyone know who is world's best sushi chef?(if such thing exist..) I dont mean the best in your living area or just in the US; I mean anywhere in the world where somehow a person is known worldwide for the sushi he makes. Or is there a worldwide sushi contest or something?
Kindda curious what kind of form can a sushi become at its best

Tojo has won many awards and his place is in the top ten in North America and considered the best in this area. I've eaten there twice and can tell you the food and service was out of this world. Check out the About Tojo's page at this site.
