I have to give him credit for the effort. It looks like it was well executed. Me, I'd have to widen the track to fit the kit, and fill out those arches with some proper wheels. And really, by the time that gets done, you might as well just buy a better car. But then, that would be too easy, wouldn't it? And besides, this is his way of expressing himself, and that I have to respect.
