We decided to jump on the Factor prepared meal box bandwagon and enjoyed our first box of meals this past week.

Tonight was herb cream cheese salmon with red pepper cauliflower “grits” and broccoli for me, and green goddess chicken with scallion cream, garlic spinach & green bean-mushroom-pearl onion medley for my gf.

It’s been a welcome relief to have a low-effort source of healthy food while we’ve both been down for the count all week with whatever crud is going around.

I did a full pork chop dinner last night.

Astrid refused it in favour of leftover spaghetti.

But joke's on her I have pork bones now so guess who's making soup!

Our Easter dinner was baked lamb roast, onion sauce (basically onion cream/milk gravy), steamed broccoli, & oven roasted potatoes.

    Taco salad.
Though some of the kids had tacos. And one of them really wanted melted cheese over rice.
In any case, this was yummy.
