Now and then we have a last time with someone. Sometimes you know it’s the last time. Sometimes you don’t.

I was commissioned to make a “card” (this is an 8”x10” drawing, but whatever) with a flamingo, an owl and a Tree Dancer at a pond.

I have a habit of picking up a sketchbook, and the pages that are purely whatever drawing will get some more attention. It’s a lovely quiet way to sit by my Lady as she works on her laptop while being loved up by kitties. Here are a few pages I’ve gone over multiple times tweaking the look.
