Sauteed chopped red bell pepper, sliced serrano, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, a little cumin, pinch of mex oregano in a little olive oil. Added some ground pork, cilantro, and a couple of eggs. A slice of 'grainy bread' toast. Small glass of milk.

Ended up being way too much. Heated up nicely for lunch three hours later. Was maybe even better after the seasonings had a chance to marry.

Fried eggs, bacon, hash browns, & bread. It was good to see a certain person eat all of theirs.

    Well, brunch.
My friend and I go out every Sunday and do our vinyl hunt.
We get brunch at this nice grubhouse where everyone knows our name.
They didn't have a quiche special this week but when they do I like to order that.

Scrambled eggs and a couple slices of bacon.

Then, for lunch, I had two eggs over easy, a few slices of brisket, and some hashbrowns. So breakfast twice.

Comfort Inn provides quite a spread for breakfast.

Coffee, scrambled eggs, biscuit, milk/cream gravy, sausage (that might've contained a little meat ), & a waffle (Texas shaped, of course :D).
