    Started on my trenta iced green tea, finished my oj with protein powder an liquid vitamins.
    Opted for a side of opera and a few more minutes in the car before going in to the office.

    So Father's Day breakfast...

    I was first served some excellent coffee.
    The was followed by some blueberry and blackberry muffins, baked by my daughter.
    This was followed by a hash served with a couple of fried eggs (there were some tomatoes and salad on there too but who eats that stuff?). The hash was made with pork belly and sirloin steaks leftover from the dinner party I threw the night before.

    Holy crap! So tasty but so much food. I was getting meat sweats. Thankfully my son managed to finish off the plate.

    I recently got one of those Pixie espresso makers and so I have an espresso every morning now. Beats standing in line at the coffee shop. Sitting on my own couch with an espresso is a great way for me to start my day.
