Yes, to both. I wouldn't turn away. Only once have I witnessed this, at a college party, of course. Three or four of us walked into a bedroom where a friend was having sex with a girl he met at the party. We were all drunk, sat down on the floor and watched. It was dark, they didn't notice until we started laughing our asses off.

I think it depends on the setting. If I were the only one watching, I would feel creepy. If there were a group of people watching, and the people involved obviously didn't care, and they weren't hideous, yea, I'd probably watch. I can't say I ever have, except possibly in a situation where i was going at it in the same bed as another couple, but I was more focused on what I was doing to catch more than the occasional glimpse. Also, I guess that wasn't public so doesn't count.

On a random side-note, I once had a married woman say that her husband would probably let me sleep with her if he could watch. I was tempted (she was hot) but the idea was a little creepy, and he was a lot bigger than me, and that all combined with the probably made for a situation I decided not to pursue.

I would watch, and have done so. Twice, in college, I was at a party where things got heated in the makeout room, and those of us not terminally enmeshed in making out with someone got front-row seats to watch one or two other couples get it on.

And, post-college, I once lived next to a couple who were total exhibitionists. They would constantly walk around their house naked, with all the windows open: and they knew I could see and hear, because sometimes if they sneezed, I'd yell "Bless you," and vice-versa. But more than that, their bedroom was right across the alleyway from my bedroom: if the blinds and/or windows were open, it was a completely clear view from one to the other. A couple of times, on warm summer nights, they got it on with the lights on, in full view of their open window; and I'm sure they could see me watching them and wanking. No one ever acknowledged it when we ran into each other on the street, though. I was disappointed when they moved: she was a pleasure to watch, and clearly was deeply uninhibited (and curvy).

 

I figure if they're going at it in a place accessible to others, and it's a place such that it's clear to the parties involved that others could be watching, sure, why not.

I can't say that I have, but I can say that I would. If he/she/they were in a place or situation where they could be watched or knew they were being watched, or if there were an open invitation to do so, I imagine I would. I don't think I'm stalking the neighbourhood peeping in windows, though.

It's one thing when you're in college and relatively attractive young people are going at it... it's another when it's your super dumpy 40ish neighbors.

Maybe other people have a life that is like waking up every day in a Hedonism resort, but in mine I'm surrounded by more nasty than hot.

Also: I was really unlucky in my youth when it came to voyeurism. I mean, horrible.
