So much is collapsing that I'm just going to have a few shots of Avíon, and go to bed. I'll think about it tomorrow.

I love this time of morning. Easy to get things done while the rest of the world sleeps.

 

Going to see Rocket 88 tonight with my sister. I've seen them before a couple of times - years ago. Not a huge fan of rockabilly.
Primarily, I'm going for the beer.

 

I'm having a pirate themed costume BD party here tonight. My BD was actually last Monday but some of my SO's friends were in Europe and Monday's not really a great party night. Should be interesting as many of my Mexican friends have never met my NOB friends. Also many of my NOB friends thought the invention saying "costume party" was a joke, it's not they're very popular here with the locals. I wonder how many NOB'er will be in costume?

It was presented to me as a surprise party... three weeks ago. Not sure I "get" that but when I asked I was told since it's at my house the VJ and caterer would need access so I'd probably figure out something was happening. Really? Ya think? Probably since someone showed up here Weds. with a 10ft banner reading "Tully's Party's" with skulls and cross bones in the corners. I'm no wiz but that might have been an unmistakable clue.

Anyway my plan today is to clean the pool then sleep until about 9pm. After that I don't plan on remembering much. Oh, and if the VJ turns out to be a karaoke guy, likely, I'll yet again be claiming I never heard of the Bee Gee's. "Saturday Fever?' "You mean Saturday Live?" "No, FEVER." "Sorry never heard of it. Was it a TV show or a movie?"

 

just found out that Farm Jam VI is a go............all the boys got back to me and all can attend.

The elliptical is a deadly machine, but easier on the legs/knees than running.

 

Hooray for rain. I was able to go back to sleep for another hour or so.

 

Both of my knees have been injured, so I only use ellipticals. They aren't so bad, going to be doing 45 minutes on one in a few hours. I'll take my iPad, listen to Pandora and surf the net. 45 minutes goes by rather quickly.

Not a bad day for just finishing a wednesday so far. Next week might be interesting if they actually want me to make a round trip to freakin' Spokane on a daily basis for jury duty, using a solid half a tank of gas on a daily basis sounds like loads of fun.
