I always got them confused with the tall short guy and the thin fat one.

 

If I show up tomorrow, I could get an interview, and probably a job at the best bar/restaurant in Hickory.

However. I'm sick. I work a double tomorrow. And I have this appalling sense of loyalty to my current job.

 

I should be more excited about meeting an astronaut, but organizing this has been exhausting. Also, the Professor was just a condescending asshole to me. I think my school girl crush is over.

Goldangit! My copilot on the 6 hour drive to Hollywood Beach tomorrow is sick with strep.
How the fuck am I going to stay awake for that one? And not open the Duvel and Antigoon I'm trucking down for my favorite classmate who is defending her dissertation this weekend? I have to go to IKEA in Sunrise, too. Fuck.

In other news.. I'm supposed to be in a conference and wine and dined on a 4 course meal with wine flight. Instead, the head of the NCAA called me because a team got a bad sense of sportsmanship and wants to bus 12 hours home instead of flying in 3 days. and they want to leave tomorrow. YAY for being on call.. not.

*grumble grumbe I'm so hungry *grumble grumble*

I must have missed Harry Anderson's appearances on Night court, but then I did see more of the episodes after the actor that played Coach died and there was not the cable reruns/DVD thing like there is now. I was more into Knight Rider and the A-team when those earlier seasons were on as well (and of course Airwolf). Must have been during the early years of Nightcourt.

 

Greg Chamitoff is actually the second astronaut I've met. I met John Glenn, but he was presenting as a Senator, so it wasn't as cool.

 

Employ her and make her work her ass off at ungodly hours.
