    I'm forgoing Christmas at my home this year after doing all the Chicago ones forever. Guess that mean my bro and sil will be driving out to MD where our dad is, for the holiday. I should probably tell them. Going to Disneyland then up the coast for a couple days. Excited!

    It didn't work. I got bored and didn't watch it really, but I couldn't fall asleep until around 1am... then woke up about 20m after S came to bed. Yippee skippee.
    I have to do an hour of individual therapy, two hours of IQ testing, an hour of family therapy, work on my paper and DD a trip across town to our favorite gastropub. It might be a good Friday, but I'm not holding my breath.

    If there weren't enough reasons to hate cancer, I just found out that the young son of a life-long friend appears to be terminal. He's been fighting cancer off an on for 5-6 years, and they just discovered an inoperable tumor entwined with his spinal cord. Bad stuff, I barely slept last night thinking about it.

    I had to sew a couple of pieced for my daughter's cosplay outfit. I used to know how to run a sewing machine, when I was a kid, but that's been thirty something years ago. Thanks goodness for youtube videos. I resolved an issue with tensioning on the bobbin.
