    I submit this one. One reason is because it's my secret girlfriend doing what she loves best. Another reason is that is just kicks ass.

    Unforch, it's the tail end of the actual chase, but it has such a good resolution, it's still worth it. The chase scene itself is pretty realistic to the extent that you aren't sure if she's going to keep up with him let alone catch him. I wasn't sure she was going to make it, and then this happens:

    I originally narrowed it down to those 10 seconds because arkana and I got a real hoot out of Vin Diesel's character's reaction in midair.

    Empire (empireonline.com) did a list of 37 best foot chases but I can't link to it.

    There's a great one in modern-day San Francisco in Time After Time (1979) between Malcolm McDowell (as HG Welles) and David Warner (as Jack the Ripper).
