Did someone say sexual harrasment? Where do I sign up for the receiving end of this?

  2. I don't think subliminally is the word I wanted. I don't feel good, so I'm probably going to go home early.

If I don't get in trouble for Sexual Harassment, I'm not doing something right.

Great, now she's going to be asking science nerds to feel her to make sure she feels ok.

    And 'subtle', not 'subliminal'. ;)

YEAH. That's the word I wanted......Yeah, I'm leaving work now. My head is all squishy. I think there is a bed calling my name. Actually....maybe a shower to warm me up and then crawl unto bed.

  5. 80 degrees in March? I just drove past the Dairy Queen. Must have been 40 people waiting in line.

I'm drowning in rain here and it's playing havoc with my DSL, which for some reason, goes on the fritz when it rains.

Your internet provider neglected to tell you part of your DSL service includes squirrels handling some of the data bits manually through some of the remoter areas. They like to stay in their warm and dry cubbyholes when it rains.

Oh my GOD, I thought I was going crazy. I tuned out while my husband was watching Adventure Time and when my brain randomly clicked back in, I swore I heard Japanese being spoken by the characters. I turned back around to the TV, and they were back to speaking English. I was seriously going--WTF? Am I just so used to my husband watching anime that I am hearing Japanese instead of English when I'm not paying attention? Not a minute later, the Japanese-speaking character returned.

    I'm perfectly sane.

ZombieSquirrel sent a good portion of her furry little henchmen on various missions when the zombie apocalypse hit. Everyone watches for the human walkers but no one looks for the ankle biters that like to catch you off guard. They were going to show them on the Walking Dead but the squirrels insisted on keeping "undercover".

I need a hair cut. Should I keep it long (below bra strap) or chop it off??

There is nothing on the planet quite as arousing as watching hair move slowly back and forth above a woman's derriere. Just sayin'.

Tonight, a couple of young girls, prob. 12 and 15, came into the hospital with a little puppy - a black lab. It was well after closing and the doc had gone home an hour ago. And they held this puppy out to me and said 'it's got worms.' I told them, ok, we are closed and we don't have a doctor here but I can make an appt for you tomorrow morning. 'But it has worms,' they tell me, 'and we have other dogs.' So I told them to keep the puppy in the bathroom away from the other animals overnight and bring him back tomorrow morning, we'd be happy to help you. They declined and left the hospital, depositing the puppy into a wagon they had kept outside the door.

About a half-hour later, one of the workers at the pet store next door brought over a black lab puppy they had found outside. The same puppy. It made me sick to realize those girls had left him there. How does one leave a sick little puppy outside in a parking lot? The nurses that were left with us took his temperature and we ran a fecal on him that, indeed, came back positive for worms. But the puppy was very lethargic, which always, with puppies, raises the dreaded spectre of parvo. We had a bad run-in with a puppy with parvo a few weeks ago. I think I wrote about it here somewhere.

I guess I should have made this a blog post. It really fucked with my head to know that I had talked to these girls and then they went outside and abandoned that puppy. And I wondered that if by holding it out to me, they were expecting me to take it from them. For good.

A girl from the pet store brought him home with her. I am hoping that he will be ok. I don't think I will ever understand the capacity people have to be cruel and insensitive. It makes me mad and then it makes me sad. Poor little boo.

My hair stylist says short hair is 'in.' Some people look awesome with it. Not me, though.

I'm thinking I'm gonna cut it off. I've had it long for 2 years now and all I do anymore is pull it up. Maybe I'll do a shoulder length cut or something.

I'm a fan of long hair (shoulder to mid-back) most of the time. But there are cute short cuts, and hair grows back.

Persis Khambatta shaved off a full head of long hair just for that role. She pulls the look off well and definitely stands out in that film.
And my thoughts about snowbaby16's question are shoulder length. It gives you plenty of options and will feel much shorter, especially after wearing it longer for that much time.
