In sad & gross news, my dog likely has worms, again, from eating kitty snacks deposited by one or more of many neighborhood strays. We came home from a class this evening to find she had shat all over her crate. This was right before we were supposed to eat dinner. Yuck.

In happier news, I wrapped up a six week corporate fitness challenge today, having managed in that time to lose eight lbs and seven inches.

In uncertain news, my woman is coming with me to my therapy appointment tomorrow. That ought to be fun!

Seven inches where? You're built like me (but better looking). I find this very disturbing. If I lost seven inches, I'd be wearing socks as t-shirts.

Anyway, great job with corporate fitness challenge. Did you do the thing with the elaborate point system and gold stars for your health insurance?

so, in some of the most shameful news of the year, today, feb 28th at approx. 12:15 am, we took our xmas tree out to the dumpster.
what? the semester began jan. 9th. what am i? martha stewart?
the daughter and i, though, we laughed our asses off the whole way. and placed the tree very forlornly, yet conspicuously in the dumpster like a garnish in a bad italian restaurant.
oh, man. i love my life sometimes.

in other news, nail polish remover will indeed remove tree sap as well. good to know.

 

Just went to watch a dvd I borrowed from a friend about two months ago.
Dvd wasn't in the case.
